Return and Refund Policy

Refunds or returns are not available for purchases made on www.flowerssavannah.com. All sales are final. You may be eligible for a replacement order only if (a) the incorrect item was sent, the flowers are in poor condition upon arrival, or the order was not delivered, and (b) you submit a customer service request via email to queenannefs@gmail.com within two (2) calendar days from the delivery date. If the order arrives in poor condition, you must include a photo of the bouquet in your email. Replacement credits cannot be converted to cash or transferred.

If the order is delivered on a different date than the one chosen, QUEEN ANNE The Flower Studio may offer a promotional credit for the shipping cost.
