Welcome to QUEEN ANNE The Flower Studio! This website is made available for your personal, non-commercial use, governed by the terms and conditions stated here and any subsequent modifications (the “Terms”), as well as any rules that may be updated by QUEEN ANNE The Flower Studio. By accessing the Site, you are agreeing to these Terms. The term “Site” refers to the website at www.flowerssavannah.com and any other online platforms owned or operated by us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without direct notice. All such updates will be posted on our Site and will take effect immediately. By continuing to use the Site after any changes are posted, you agree to accept those changes, regardless of whether you have reviewed them. If at any point you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using this Site.
Services
Through the Site, QUEEN ANNE The Flower Studio offers users the opportunity to purchase flower arrangements and services (“Goods” and “Services”) at an affordable, flat rate.
Discounts
We offer discounted delivery rates for multiple arrangements delivered to a single location on the same date. Please email to queenannefs@gmail.com to receive an exact quote.
Terms of Sale
By ordering from www.flowerssavannah.com, you agree to pay the specified price for the product or service, including any applicable sales taxes, surcharges, or delivery fees, and accept the terms, restrictions, and conditions of the purchase as of the time you placed the order. Unless you and QUEEN ANNE The Flower Studio have a different billing arrangement in writing signed by QUEEN ANNE The Flower Studio, the credit card you provided during the order process will be automatically charged. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Without limiting other remedies, we reserve the right to charge a late fee on all overdue payments, which will be the lesser of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance or the highest rate permitted by law. You will also be responsible for all collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs associated with collecting past due amounts.
Sales Tax
Sales taxes are not included in the product prices. For orders placed through www.flowerssavannah.com, we will automatically apply and collect the relevant sales tax.
Delivery
We strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible. Same-day delivery is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. To guarantee delivery on the following day, orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. the day before your preferred delivery date. Deliveries on Saturday and Sunday are only available by special request, and you should contact QUEEN ANNE The Flower Studio for approval.
Deliveries are scheduled between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences.
Please provide specific instructions when placing your order to ensure that the recipient or an authorized person is available to receive the flowers at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we can only attempt delivery once. If we are unable to reach the recipient or authorized person, we may leave the flowers outside the residence or with a nearby business or neighbor. In such cases, we will inform the recipient by phone or email.
To ensure timely delivery before major holidays, we recommend placing your orders at least five (5) days in advance.
Delivery Areas
Currently, QUEEN ANNE The Flower Studio offers flower delivery services within the areas of Savannah, Rincon, Pooler, Garden City, Guyton, Springfield, Bluffton, Hilton Head, and Hardeeville. If you are located outside these regions and wish to order multiple arrangements for an event, business, or group purchase, please email us at queenannefs@gmail.com to check availability for your preferred date. We will do our best to accommodate as many requests as possible.
Delivery to Hospitals
When placing your order, please provide the hospital's name and phone number, the recipient’s name, and their room number or ward.
We will deliver your bouquet following the hospital’s procedures, as most hospitals do not permit florists to deliver directly to individual rooms. Additionally, many ICU patients are not allowed to receive flowers. We recommend checking with the hospital before placing your order.
Recipient Availability
Please provide detailed delivery instructions in the “Delivery Information” section during checkout. We can only make one delivery attempt per order. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier will either:
Leave the arrangement with a neighbor or nearby business.
Leave the arrangement with an employee if delivering to a business.
Place the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home, such as a porch, garage, or other entrance.
Substitution Policy
QUEEN ANNE The Flower Studio strives to use the stuff shown in the photos on our site. However, if we are unable to provide those, we will substitute them with a similar ones.
Payment Options
QUEEN ANNE The Flower Studio employs top-tier security measures to ensure your order is protected. For more details, please refer to our Security and Privacy policies.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All orders are subject to Georgia sales tax, which you will have a chance to review before finalizing your purchase.
Return and Refund Policy
Refunds or returns are not available for purchases made on www.flowerssavannah.com. All sales are final. You may be eligible for a replacement order only if (a) the incorrect item was sent, the flowers are in poor condition upon arrival, or the order was not delivered, and (b) you submit a customer service request via email to queenannefs@gmail.com within two (2) calendar days from the delivery date. If the order arrives in poor condition, you must include a photo of the bouquet in your email. Replacement credits cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
If the order is delivered on a different date than the one chosen, QUEEN ANNE The Flower Studio may offer a promotional credit for the shipping cost.
Intellectual Property
The website www.flowerssavannah.com is owned and operated by us and is 2024 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. “Site Content” includes all elements, materials, information, text, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, and software available on or through our Site, along with their selection, arrangement, and presentation.
