1. The Introduction It all begins with a hello. You can reach us through our website contact form or directly by email. We typically respond within 24–48 hours, and we’re always happy to hear from you. This first connection gives us a chance to learn the basics: your wedding date, venue, and any initial floral dreams you may have.
2. Inspiration + Budget Next, we invite you to share a few reference images, favorite flowers, or color palettes that speak to you. If you already have a floral budget in mind, this is the perfect time to share it. It helps us shape a custom proposal tailored to your priorities and event flow.
3. A Complimentary Consultation We offer a complimentary consultation, either in person or virtually. During this meeting, we talk through your ideas in more detail, offer guidance on what flowers are in season, and discuss what will work best with your venue, dress, and overall aesthetic.
4. Your Proposal After our consultation, we put together a detailed proposal outlining the floral elements we’ll design for your day. This includes descriptions, estimated pricing, and notes on overall styling direction. We refine it together to make sure it feels just right.
5. Booking Once you’re ready to move forward, we require a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. After that, your wedding is officially on our calendar!
6. Design + Planning Behind the scenes, we continue refining your floral plan. We order blooms, prepare vessels and mechanics, and start building the design in alignment with your final timeline and vision.
7. The Wedding Day On the day of your celebration, we arrive early to set up and ensure everything looks beautiful and fresh. Personal flowers are hand-delivered or arranged for convenient pickup. We stay onsite for installations and make sure every detail is just as imagined.
